1. About Leather Stories
Leather Stories is a small handmade shop offering crochet bags and handmade accessories. Each item is made with care, and some small variations may occur because of the handmade nature of the products.

You also agree not to use this website to transmit false information, harmful content, spam, viruses, or any unauthorized materials.

I do my best to display product photos, colors, descriptions, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, or lighting.
Since each item is handmade, slight differences in size, shape, color placement, or details may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade character of the product and do not make the item defective.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully. If you notice any mistake, please contact me as soon as possible at support@theleatherstories.com.
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or any violation of these Terms.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed on the website and may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. I do not store your full credit card or payment card information.
6. Processing Time
Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing time may take a little longer. I always do my best to prepare each order as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
United States and Canada: 5–20 business days
Rest of World: 5–45 business days
The average delivery time is around 3 weeks, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are charged per product and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note that delivery delays may happen due to weather, holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of my control. For this reason, I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
8. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
9. Missing or Separate Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, preparation time, and shipping carrier handling.
Please allow additional time for all items in your order to arrive. If you believe an item is missing, please contact me at support@theleatherstories.com.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply according to their country’s regulations.
Leather Stories is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs charges.
11. Returns and Refunds
