Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Leather Stories. Each item in my shop is handmade with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

If you have an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging when possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Order number

Clear photos of the item

Clear photos of the packaging

A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, I will do my best to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other assistance depending on the situation.

Handmade Product Notice

Each product is handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of the products, small variations in color, shape, size, texture, stitching, or details may occur.

These small differences are part of the handmade character of the item and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without prior contact or approval

Items with missing parts or original packaging

Personalized or custom-made items

Items returned after the eligible return period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on my side, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at:

Because each item is handmade to order, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started or the order has already been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery delays can happen due to weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need further help, contact me at support@theleatherstories.com and I will do my best to assist you.

Leather Stories is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact me at support@theleatherstories.com with your order number and details about the item.
