Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Leather Stories. Each item in my shop is handmade with care, so I want to make sure you understand the processing and shipping time before placing your order.

Processing Time

Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy seasons, holidays, or high order volume, processing time may take a little longer. I always do my best to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

United States and Canada: 5–20 business days
Rest of World: 5–45 business days

The average delivery time is around 3 weeks, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are charged per product:

United States and Canada: $6.99 per product
Rest of World: $8.99 per product

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Delays

Please note that some circumstances are outside of my control, such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

For this reason, I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Missing Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen depending on product availability, preparation time, and shipping carrier handling.

Please allow additional time for all items in your order to arrive.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply according to their country’s regulations.

Leather Stories is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email.
